A software company held a sales incentive contest for reps to win a trip to the Caribbean. The company wanted to build a welcome basket so the reps would feel appreciated immediately upon entering their hotel rooms. One item they wanted to include in the basket was an award recognizing the achievement that earned the salesperson their trip.
The Wave Award tied into the beach theme perfectly and was a compact enough size to easily fit into luggage for the trip home. The sales reps appreciated the warm welcome and felt the award complemented the other vacation theme items in the basket, while also looking good on their award shelves and desks at home.
